Whether it’s wine, coffee, or any of the many other factors that contribute to stains on your tooth enamel, we here at Indy Dental Health know that a whiter and brighter smile can make you feel more confident and youthful. Dr. Fraiz, Dr. Griffith, and Dr. Wiener offer 3 different types of whitening depending on your desired shade and needs. We recommend that you consult with one of our dentist to decide which option is best for you.
In Office Zoom Whitening
This in-house procedure is the longest lasting and most effective option and only takes about an hour. The doctor or dental assistant will apply a whitening gel to your teeth that will work in conjunction with the Zoom light to remove stains or discolorations on your teeth. During your appointment you will undergo 3 fifteen-minute sessions of this, in which you can relax, listen to music, or watch TV in our comfortable chairs. At the end of your appointment, you will be given customized bleaching trays to take home so that you can touch up your smile anytime.
In Office and At Home Customized Bleaching Trays
Some patients prefer the convenience and cost of whitening their teeth at home. This type of whitening requires one office visit in which we will take impressions to make customized trays to shape your teeth perfectly. You will take home the trays along with syringes of professional Opalescence bleach. This convenient DIY whitening option allows you to professionally optimize your desired tooth shade by whitening as much or as little as you want!
At Home Opalescence Go Trays
This is our simplest form of whitening. You can purchase these disposable trays at Indy Dental Health whether you are coming in for your routine cleaning or just stopping in. The Opalescence Go Trays have a professional level whitening strip inside of them that you can wear for a quick touch up while you’re in your car driving to work or getting ready for a special event!
Porcelain veneers are ultra-thin layers of natural-looking dental porcelain permanently bonded to teeth. The porcelain reflects light like natural tooth enamel and resists staining.
After the dentist designs your porcelain veneers to complement your facial shape, coloring, and distinct style and personality, a skilled ceramist at a premier cosmetic lab will craft your custom veneers. You’ll wear temporaries during the fabrication process.
Once your porcelain veneers are completed, Dr. Fraiz bonds them in place to dramatically improve your appearance. You’ll be the proud owner of an amazingly beautiful smile and increased self-confidence! Contact the office of Indy Dental Health to set up an appointment today!
If you have a chipped, slightly misaligned, or otherwise imperfect tooth that needs cosmetic restoration, we may suggest one-appointment dental bonding.
Dr. Fraiz, Dr. Griffith, or Dr. Wiener can apply liquid composite resin, shaded to blend with your tooth’s color, to rebuild a pleasing shape to your tooth. After hardening the resin with a curing light, he will artistically sculpt and polish the restoration.
In just one visit, you can enjoy a beautiful new smile! Cosmetic dental bonding can be a viable, affordable alternative to porcelain dental veneers, and it lasts only 5 to 10 years with proper care.
Tooth bonding will not discolor as your natural tooth enamel will. Therefore, touch-up teeth whitening may be required to keep your natural teeth the same shade as the bonded area.
A mature, professional image is crucial for success in today’s world. So is a beautiful smile. How do you achieve both? With clear aligners from Indy Dental Health.
Indy Dental Health has a revolutionary method of orthodontia that uses clear aligners of acrylic, instead of unattractive metal brackets and wires. Dr. Griffith and Dr. Fraiz will plan your treatment, and our lab will create a series of clear aligners specifically for your individual needs. Treatment time with aligners averages 6 to 18 months, and many patients achieve their ideal smile in less than a year.
How do our clear aligners work?
The thin, comfortable clear aligners fit snugly over teeth and exert gentle pressure. Aligner therapy can close gaps, straighten crooked teeth, and eliminate crowding, quickly and comfortably. The clear aligners are removable, so you can take them out as needed – to eat a meal, brush your teeth, or attend a special event. Plus, there are no diet restrictions during clear aligner treatment.
Clear, comfortable, fast, and effective – that’s the way of clear braces!
