Dear Patients,
It is with a heavy heart that I am writing to inform you of my decision to resign as your dentist at Indy Dental Health. My last day will be Tuesday, April 29, 2025. This decision was made after much thought and consideration, driven by the desire to relocate closer to our families in Northwest Indiana. As many of you are aware, my husband and I have three young children, and we would cherish the opportunity for them to grow up surrounded by their cousins and remaining grandparents.
Serving as your dentist has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. I’ve enjoyed getting to know each of you and being a part of your healthcare journey. It has been an honor to work with such a phenomenal team, and I will cherish the memories we’ve created together.
I want to assure you that Indy Dental Health will continue to provide the highest quality of care. As part of this transition, I am pleased to introduce Dr. Anne Wilmore, who will be joining the team as your new associate dentist. Dr. Wilmore brings over 20 years of experience in dental care and is highly regarded for her expertise and compassionate approach. She is committed to continuing the tradition of excellent service and care you have come to expect from our practice.
The team is actively working to ensure a seamless transition, and we apologize if there are any hiccups along the way.
Thank you for trusting me with your dental needs. I’ve truly enjoyed my time here and treasure the relationships that have grown over the years. I hope to carry forward the skills and experiences I’ve gained here to my new practice.
